SJW (Cascade Type) Co-Kneader is a tandem system. It is consisted of Co-Kneader main machine and another large size single screw extruder. The melt will fall into the second stage single screw extruder after fully dispersed and ditributed in Co-Kneader main machine. It will ensure the materials are proccessed at a lower temperature with the stable extruding. Shortly the prosess has two stages. While Co-Kneader kneading the materials in the first stage, cascade single screw extruder will focus on extruding in the second stage. The Cascade type is so helpful to achieve the better final quality.
