HIGH SPEED MIXER

We produce high quality mixers for effectively mixing of all kinds of plastic materials. Our mixers have water jacket system. The water jacket system keeps in balance the rising material temperatures by friction and electrical heaters. Also, our mixers have double speed function for different applications. Optionally, we can equip it with SIEMENS inverter. We use OMRON (Japan) temperature control system and basic electrical elements are SIEMENS.

High speed mikser is an important equipment to prepare powder+pellet or powder+powder premix materials for masterbatch and compound applications. We have single stage hot mixers (SHR) and double stage hot/cold mixers (SRL) for different applications.
