MEKANİK AKSAM
a. The outer part of main body is carbon steel (∮2mm, Q235-A). Also, inner part and bottom are stainless steel (∮6mm,SUS304) and polished  (250#). Inner part is smooth and hard, it offers high wear and corrosion resistance, and the material is not easy to stick on the inner wall of the pot.
b. The pot lid of the hot mixer is made from aluminum alloy(ZL102), which inner part is polished. Material is not easy to stick on the wall. It is easy to open by pneumatic open system. Two silicon rubber stripes are used for the airproof of pot lid. It is stable and reliable. There are feeding ports and degassing port.
c. Barrel top circle flange is SS (∮10mm, SUS304) and polished (250#).
d. The mixing blades are SUS304 stainless steel andpolished (250#), high wear and corrosion resistance.
e. The bottom of the body made from HT200 material.
f. Frame made of carbon steel (Q235-A). The surface is painted with spray paint.
g. Material discharger is made of aluminum alloy (ZL102) and it is polished (250 #). Discharge valve is stainless steel (SUS304). The system is pneumatic. There is an observation window on discharger.
h. Main shaft airproof is skeleton two-lip seal(fluorine rubber). It is stable and reliable.
I. Cooling is provided by water jacket system.j. There are two ways for slowing down of cold mixing: driven by belt wheel and driven by turbine reducer.

a. Omron temperature control meter.
b.Mixing motor is dual speed. Optionally, we can equip with Siemens invertor.
c, Siemens contactors
d. Taiwan AIRTAC electromagnetic valve
e, QGB SC cylinder(made in china)
f, Standard control cabinet.

SECURITY
Mixing blades don't run if the pot lid or discharge port is open.
