Volumetric feeding systems are enough for many of solid applications. Can be reach 2-5% accuracy. If the bulk density of the material is consistent and if the accuracy of feeding is not vital for the application the volumetric feeder is the low cost and easy-use alternative.

The parts which contact with materials are stainless steel. 10-300 liters symetric or 40-150 liters asymmetric hoppers are used. The hoppers are designed to avoid accumulation of the materials. Different capacities are available (5-4000 li/hour).

There are two different types of volumetric feeder (single screw and double screw) for solid materials. Single screw type volumetric feeders are suitable for pellet, granule, free flowing powders. Gravimetric feeding system is a high precision system based on measurement of the mass of material required to provide a flow rate or total weight. Can be reach ≤±0.5% feed precision by improved measurement technology and unique control software.

While providing evenly flow from all directions by patented hopper design, the accumulation of material is prevented effectively. Symetric hopper are between 10-300li volumes and asymmetric hoppers are between 40-150li volumes.

There differet capacities between 5-4000 li/hour for solid materilas and min 2 li/ho. for liquid materials.
