XINDA High Torque Twin Screw Extruder Systems

We offer variable options up to 14,30 Nm/cm3 specific torque degree as the standard production. 600rpm, high torque, co-rotate twin screw extrusion system provides a great flexibility to make different applications and accelerate the transition period to new applications by modular design and optional openable barrel design. Another advantage of the openable barrel is to minimize of the cleaning time and waste material quantity. Screws and barrels are completely modular design. Electric resistances are heating and the liquid (water or oil) cools the barrels. Also, each barrel section's temperature can be control seperately. By the way, we can equip the oil thermoregulators to each barrel section for both heating and cooling for the most heat sensitive materials.
Main frame, gearbox, screw, liner, etc. basic mechanical parts are produced in our own facilities. Motor drivers, PLC-touch screen and low voltage electric parts are SIEMENS (China). temperature control systems are Omron (
Japon) or RKC (Japon).
